David F. D'Addario, Wise Metals Group Chairman/Chief Executive Officer
D'Addario believes Wise Alloys is "a state-of-the-art company that is increasingly competitive" and he foresees growth, improved productivity and strategic expansion in the future.

D'Addario purchased majority ownership of Wise Metals Group and is a frequent visitor to Muscle Shoals, taking an active part in the growth of the company.

He is also chairman and chief executive officer of D'Addario Industries, a third-generation privately held company headquartered in Bridgeport, Conn. D'Addario Industries has been or is currently involved in numerous businesses, including manufacturing, petroleum, real estate development, road construction, radio and television stations, radio transmission towers, commuter airlines, trucking and building materials, among others.

John Cameron, Wise Metals Group Vice Chairman
Cameron was named vice-chairman in 2004 to focus on strategic alliances, partnerships and opportunities. Cameron had served as president since 2000 and served as the chief executive officer of Wise Metal Group's predecessor, Wise Metals Co., Inc., from 1991 to 1999. From 1984 to 1991, Cameron operated Arcadia, Inc., an aluminum engineering firm. From 1978 to 1984, he held various management operating positions at Howmet Corp., serving as senior vice president of operations from 1982 to 1984 and as a director from 1982 to 1983. Cameron holds a bachelor of science degree from Fordham University.

Danny Mendelson, Wise Metals Group Executive Vice President/Chief Strategic Officer
Mendelson joined the company in 1999 as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Wise Metals Group, Mendelson was a partner in the Baltimore office of Ernst & Young LLP for 14 years and served as a director of its tax practice. Mendelson is a CPA and an attorney, and brings significant financial expertise to the company. He holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan, a J.D. from Detroit College of Law and an L.L.M. from Georgetown University.

Robert David, Wise Metals Group Vice President of Metals Purchasing
Robert David joined the company in 1979 and is currently responsible for purchasing monthly scrap requirements for the mill. He has been a director for the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, previously holding the position of chairman of the non-ferrous division. Previously, David has worked as a stock and commodity broker for Bach & Co. and Shearson Hadon Stone and is a former member of the Chicago Board of Trade.

Dick Weaver, Wise Metals Group Vice President of Metal Controls
Dick Weaver joined the company in 1982 and held various trading and executive management positions. He served as president of Wise Recycling from its inception to mid-2001. Prior to joining the company, Weaver was employed by Revere Copper and Brass in sales and marketing positions for both primary and semi-fabricated products.

Ken Stastny, Wise Metals Group Chief Financial Officer
Stastny joined the company in 1998 as controller of Wise Recycling and later serving as assistant treasurer of the company from 1999 to 2004. Prior to joining Wise Metals Group, Stastny served as audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP and has experience in financial services risk management and information systems. He holds a bachelor of business administration in both accounting and finance from Loyola College of Baltimore, Md.

Sam Glasscock, Wise Metals Group Executive Vice President/Financial Operations
Sam Glasscock joined Wise Alloys as controller when the plant was purchased in 1999 and was named vice president of finance in June 1999. Glasscock has over 30 years of aluminum industry experience in progressively responsible positions in accounting, finance, manufacturing and transportation. He has a bachelor of science degree in industrial management and accounting from Auburn University and a MBA from the University of North Alabama and completed the requirements for the C.M.A.

Phil Tays, Wise Alloys Executive Vice President/Plant Manager
Tays joined Wise Alloys when the plant was purchased from Reynolds Metal Company in 1999. Phil has 30+ years of manufacturing, casting and maintenance management experience in Reynolds Metals Company Reclamation plants in Alabama, Virginia and Brazil. Tays earned a business administration degree from Athens State University.

Don Farrington, Wise Metals Group Senior Vice President, Sales
With his promotion to senior vice president, sales, Farrington became part of the executive management team in 2004. He had served as vice president of sales and marketing for Wise Alloys since February 2001 and as sales manager from May 1999 to February 2001. From August 1998 to May 1999, Farrington served as general manager of aluminum of Nittetsu Shoji America, Inc. From 1991 to 1998, Farrington was vice president of sales and marketing for Ravenswood Aluminum and from 1976 to 1990, held various sales and marketing positions with Kaiser Aluminum.
